British Columbia has a flourishing real estate market due to its economic prosperity. Both service sector and public enterprises have a good presence in the province, which is situated in Western Canada. This is the reason why more and more students are opting to take the real estate exam. The issue however is the high standard set by the University of British Columbia (UBC), Real Estate Division Licensing Exam. To have a flourishing career in real estate you need to take admission in a reputed real estate school so that you can pass with flying colours.

Mostly the students fear not being able to clear the exam on their first attempt which ultimately makes them lose interest. But what if you can take the training from a good real estate school that claims to have a hundred percentage pass rate? A good school will not only have specific hours of classroom training but also an option to take lessons or revise them online.

Yes, the real estate exam is difficult. But it is not impossible to pass the exam. You need guidance from the right school and qualified faculty who are a part of the real estate industry in British Columbia (BC). The UBC Real Estate Licensing Exam requires students to give their best and for that the first step is to get admitted in the best school. There are different categories of classes which are organized by the school that includes the following:

•             The classic program which takes 12 days to complete includes classes which are taken over a period of six weeks. This is ideal for those who have time in hand to stretch the course a bit and may not be able to devote more than 3 hours of classroom tuition twice a week due to work, studies or home life.

•             The twelve-week program in the real estate school also has 3 hours of classes taken once a week for those who may not even be able to give two days in a week. This is usually chosen by parents who have a very busy schedule.

•             The challenger program is for those who have ample time to take four day a week classes. This takes a total of three weeks to complete instead of six or twelve weeks. At the end of the course you will also need to take a final interview and a mock examination as a test of all that you have learnt. This is a comprehensive preparation for taking the real estate exam.

A good real estate school not only helps its students to clear the exam but also assists them in being self employed with one of the leading brokerage firms in BC. And, this will be done at no additional cost. If by any chance you are unable to clear the test then you can go through the entire training once again. The UBC real estate exam for licensing is a tough deal but the program offered at the school makes it easier for students to go through the program. The Real Estate Services Act says that a student should have reached at least 19 years of age before taking the exam. So, if you have attained that age then go right ahead start with your preparation so that your scores are good enough to get you the license.

The real estate exam by University of British Columbia is a difficult one and the real estate school helps students to clear the test.
