Organic Green Tea is one of the  healthiest beverage on the planet. It’s been in use as a medicine in China from centuries and has slowly spread to all parts of world. It is loaded with antioxidants and nutrients that have powerful effects on the body. It has incredible health benefits like - controlling blood pressure, forestalling cancer and the list goes on and on.
 
Green tea is made from tea leaves which are kept in a teapot and later hot water is added to the pot. It is then left to infuse for a few minutes and later consumed. The taste and preparation of green tea varies from one country to another, for example, in some parts of China, tea leaves are simply run over by hot water and not infused. This gives a mild taste unlike the strong, prominent flavour of the earlier method. Whatever the making process is, research and surveys have confirmed positively to the potential health benefits of Organic Green Tea.
