I wait, still nothing. Then they tell me it was due to the fact that I had not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my membership, but when I insisted, they stated that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, but then customer support tells me on their end, it shows absolutely nothing was sent out and they do not understand when they head out via email. When I asked for a supervisor or different contact info, they stated they do not have any.

I paid near 5 figures for these lifetime subscriptions total, and I am not even getting them to date. This is too time consuming, frustrating, and horrible customer care. I belong to other investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to rapidly fix any issues. Nothing even close to outright incompetence I have experienced here.
