It takes a rough Road to good CoffeePosted by daviddon on July 22nd, 2015 Finding the most reputable and high quality coffee regions is where it starts for us, but we go beyond that. rather than choosing the most common coffee area in that region, we find out which specific coffeebeans and farms are upper class in that specific coffee region as well. We inform ourselves among the locals to distnguish the better and often more rare coffee. Since the supply of this specialty coffee is often not for commercial purposes and these farms stay relatively small, we come up with a product that is limited in supply and place it in our unique collection of other Indonesian specialty coffees. If it does not take us extremely rough roads, we seriously doubt the distinguished character of the coffee. One hard to get cup of absolute specialty coffee. We do not go for less.
