I have not had the ability to receive a single email from any publication that I have belonged to for months now.

Initially they informed me they will look into it. Then I was informed the system was sending it to a wrong email address. This occurred a number of times after I was told my e-mail address had actually been updated. Then they informed me they will do an escalated case to trace my e-mail issue, I waited a week, no updates. Then I was informed my initial email service - protonmail. com is not suitable. Then I altered my email to a yahoo email address they said would give me no issues. I wait, still nothing. Then they inform me it was because I had actually not whitelisted the services in my account, which I then did.

I called again and they told me that the services which I was asking about were not part of my subscription, but when I firmly insisted, they said that yes they were ... Then they sent me a list of each service to be whitelisted which I matthew-sharpe.net/ did. Still nothing, usual runaround. Upon logging into the website, I can see which services sent out updates at what time, however then customer care tells me on their end, it reveals absolutely nothing was sent out and they don't understand when they head out via e-mail. When I requested a manager or various contact details, they stated they don't have any.

I paid close to 5 figures for these lifetime memberships total, and I am not even receiving them to date. This is too time consuming, aggravating, and horrible customer care. I am part of other investment advisories and they have the ability and resources to rapidly resolve any concerns. Absolutely nothing even near to absolute incompetence I have experienced here.
