Canninghill Piers is really a re-development by CDL and CapitaLand that may launch in 2021. The former Liang Court will undoubtedly be re-developed into a built-in development with an estimate of 700-residential units with commercial component.

Canninghill Piers has excellent transportation connectivity with Downtown Line Fort Canning MRT station less than 5-minutes' walking distance and numerous bus services to various part of Singapore. Apart from Fort Canning MRT Station, Canninghill Piers is also walking distance to a few other MRT stations like City Hall, Clark Quay, Bras Basah and this in turn makes planing a trip to most part of Singapore extremely easy. The near future integrated development is also a mere 10-minutes walking distance to entertainment and dining hotspots at River Valley and Clark Quay which has wide selection of dining options. Canninghill piers may also be in a position to exercise regularly at the famous Fort Canning Hill Park that is elevated above ground and the different gradients of the pavement and staircases can cater to different people with different level of fitness.
