Loader is a kind of construction machinery widely used in roads, railways, construction, utilities, ports, mining and other construction. It can not only used for loading shovel of soil, sand, lime, coal and other bulk materials, but also available for ore, hard soil such mild shoveling job. Equipped with different auxiliary device, it can also do bulldozing and loading work. In the road, especially in highway construction, the loader works for subgrade excavation and filling and other operations. Since the loader with high operating speed and efficiency, good mobility and easy operation features, it becomes one of the major aircraft construction earthwork equipment.

The main components
1.The engine
2.Converter: there are three pumps: Working pump, Steering Pump
3.Working hydraulic circuit: it consists of hydraulic tank, working pump,multi-way valve, lift cylinder and tipping cylinder.
4.Drive: it includes transmission shaft, main differential and wheel reducer.
5.Steering oil circuit: it build by fuel tank, steering pump, steady flow valve and steering cylinder.
6.The transmission: it has integrated (planetary) and split the (fixed axis) two kinds.
Selection principles:
1.Model selection: the model choice should be based primarily on the work occasion and utility. In general, crawler loaders are preferred for soft bases operations.
2.Drive type selection: Diesel-driven loader is more commonly used. In particular regional operations, such as local elevation of 3000m above Special plateau typed diesel engine should be used.
3. In the selection of loaders, the braking performance should also be taken into consideration.
