Overall accessibility is a very important factor for economical growth and for a city to be labeled as smart and efficient. A smart city must have a good quality public transit system. In order to improve businesses ability to provide good quality and timely delivery of goods and services, an effective transportation network is a must. Increasing community’s access to other areas is always beneficial and fruitful to reduce costs and stimulate developmental patterns.

The important role of continuous water and electricity supply as the in contributor in sustainable development is non negligible. Non-stop supplies of these requirements should dominate the agenda of a Smart City. The magnitude of the benefits of these services is enormous and managing this demand and supply decides the success of a city’s infrastructure. The supplies of these services directly impact the economic efficiency and productivity of a nation.
