A Sustainable infrastructure is known to reap credible benefits for the future. A sustainable development can take place only by considerate planning and methodical plotting.  Government in its Master Plan 2021 is committed to transform Delhi into a sustainable city by implementing working models that look advantageously into the future and has collaborated with esteemed real estate developers of the country under public private partnership policy, one of them is the popular Kamp Builders who will be presenting their residential project named ‘Kamp Developers Eden Heights’ in P2 zone of Delhi Master Plan.  Every need and demand of the citizens will be promptly addressed in these residential projects.

The government will follow a transparent system to keep a track on efficiency of the housing projects so that future residents of the Smart City get the best quality and optimum lifestyle experience. The Government has primarily focused on the following aspects of sustainability mentioned below-

Law enforcement plays a central role in establishing an effective safety and security system. Metropolitan cities are usually hit by scaled up crime rates due to the high degree of urbanization and populated density. Therefore, enabling strict protection strategies and planning becomes invariably important. In Smart City, detecting criminals and controlling emergencies will be easier as technological applications will be installed on every intersection and diagonal streets. Violators will be easily observed and will be given proper punishments and recovering the stolen property will be quick.

2.    AVAILIBILITY OF A RANGE OF CONSUMER GOODS

The power of consumer spending should not be underestimated and should be properly studied as consumer spending has broad implications on market economies and in generating great opportunities for the nation. There are many factors that affect the ability of people to spend which has a direct impact on the economic cycle of the nation. One of the factors is the availability of ranging consumer goods and services.

3.    QUALITY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Overall accessibility is a very important factor for economical growth and for a city to be labeled as smart and efficient. A smart city must have a good quality public transit system. In order to improve businesses ability to provide good quality and timely delivery of goods  and services, an effective transportation network is a must. Increasing community’s access to other areas is always beneficial and fruitful to reduce costs and stimulate developmental patterns.

4.    AVAILIBILITY OF WATER & ELECTRICITY

The important role of continuous water and electricity supply as the in contributor in sustainable development is non negligible. Non-stop supplies of these requirements should dominate the agenda of a Smart City. The magnitude of the benefits of these services is enormous and managing this demand and supply decides the success of a city’s infrastructure. The supplies of these services directly impact the economic efficiency and productivity of a nation.
