The Plastic Granulator has an overlapping mounting of static and rotary cutting knives connected at the output end shaft of a high speed motor. The plastic runs in between these blades and cuts into desired sizes while the rotary blades are set in motion. The cutting process continues until the desired size is achieved. A metallic sieve screen forms the bottom-most layer of the complete arrangement through which the crushed plastic shreds are further filtered into even sized plastic granules.
