All-New 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty Review

2022 Ford Super Duty whether the F-250, F-350, or F-450—are more trucks than most people need. But for those who need it, it\'s pretty impressive. There\'s a trio of V-8 engines, with a 7.3-liter engine with 473 pound-feet of torque and a 6.7-liter diesel with 1050 pound-feet of torque.

A well-equipped New Super Duty can tow up to 37,000 pounds and carry up to 7,850 pounds of payload. While Ram\'s arch-rivals offer higher torque and tow ratings, as well as a nicer interior, Ford\'s most luxurious crew-cabin models provide an upscale environment and ample passenger space.

The Chevy Silverado HD and GMC Sierra HD both have better ways of driving, but the Super Duty 2022 offers more high-tech features and a variety of driver assistance.

  • The diesel engine has 1050 pound-feet of torque, many desirable technological features, spacious crew cabin interior.
  • Sloppy driving at highway speeds, the most luxurious cabin is still not as luxurious as the Ram\'s, raised models are harder to get in and out of.
  • The Ford Super Duty lineup offers impressive features and even more impressive capabilities.

For 2022, the Super Duty lineup is receiving newly available infotainment features, fresh exterior and interior color options, and a new appearance package. A 12.0-inch touchscreen with Ford\'s Sync 4 software and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is now available in heavy-duty pickups.

With the addition of the Lariat Sport look package, the model adds a matching grille, bumper, and mirrors, as well as black running boards and chrome exhaust tips. The paint palette now includes Atlas Blue. Interior colors for the Lariat trim now include Steel; the Limited added Navy Pier and Light Slate.
