Winter Haven, a theme park less than an hour from Orlando, recently celebrated its 10th anniversary and announced a lot of new attractions coming to the park in 2022, including a new theme park. More fun is on the way. LEGOLAND has also created an attraction to commemorate this incredible event, The LEGOLAND Story.

Coming in 2022: Pirate River Quest

Explore murky waters with a rogue crew of LEGO pirates and recover treasure stolen by a troop of monkeys. Discover the mysteries that guard historic Cypress Gardens as this new story unfolds tile by tile in a friendly scavenger hunt. Legoland's Pirate River Quest, due in 2022, promises adventure.

There will be more fun in 2022!

In January, the park built for kids will bring back its fan-favorite event, Pirate Fest Weekends, with some fun surprises. AWE-Summer will feature new LEGO characters next summer and LEGO NINJAGO days will return in 2022. Additionally, Brick or Treat will feature new shows, never-before-seen LEGO characters, and a brand-new movie experience, before closing out the year with the park's Christmas celebration and children's New Year's party.

The Story of Lego land – Available Now!

The history of LEGOLAND transports LEGO lovers to the unexpected origin story of everyone’s favorite brick. Visitors will also learn about the ever-evolving and immersive theme park experience and how LEGOLAND parks were built, tile by tile.

Lego history comes to life at this new attraction with fun and photo-worthy exhibits, including a replica of the Triple Hurricane attraction at Cypress Gardens and an interactive trading wall for Britonthemove. LEGO history is represented by colorful floor-to-ceiling graphics including the first LEGO toy ever created as well as the original Britonthemove.

Upon completing the experience step by step, visitors will build alongside the Master Builders' Workshop with hands-on activities that are sure to inspire the builders of tomorrow. LEGO lovers can learn how six 2*4 bricks can be combined in 915 million ways at the Six Blue Brick Build Experience.

On display at this new attraction is also the winning LEGO model from the second season of LEGO MASTERS, as well as the second and third place models. The colorful and impressive artworks can be viewed from every angle.

LEGOLAND Florida is a 150-acre interactive theme park featuring more than 50 rides, shows, and attractions geared towards families with children ages 2-12.
