Therefore, the word Psychometrics means quite literally "To Measure the Mind". If we are able to literally measure what goes on in a subject's mind, we will then have a powerful tool to understand what makes a person tick. Success Dynamics Alliance uses a form of Psychometrics known as DISC Analysis, which was developed by an American psychologist Dr. William Moulton Marston. In 1928, he published a book entitled 'The Emotions of Normal People', which paved the way for people to be able to predict the behavior of normal people in certain sets of circumstances. By developing this methodology and combining it with modern day research, Success Dynamics Alliance has been able to develop a set of profiling tools that can accurately predict human behavior in certain environments.
