The diet should include fruits and vegetables. Spicy, salty foods and fast food should be excluded.

Attention! With dehydration, it is better to exclude the use of soap, alcohol tonics, hard scrubs, clay masks. Do not visit the bath, wash yourself with too cold or hot water.
