It's been less than a month now since Activision Blizzard employees went on strike WoTLK Gold over the sudden dismissal of 12 contractors working on Raven Software. Raven Software QA team. Since then, employees have been gathering repeatedly to discuss their demands with the company to try to "foster an open and trusting relationship" and to have peaceful discussions. However despite their best efforts and efforts, a current Raven Soft employee has now declared that there have not been any initiatives taken towards reconciliation.
In a recent report from Inverse the outlet, they talked with both current and former Activision Blizzard employees about the company's working conditions as of the strike that is currently in progress. Jessica Gonzalez, the founder and leader of ABetterABK (A Better Activision Blizzard and King) According to her, despite her requests for the QA team to meet with the leadership team to discuss the ongoing crisis, management "hasn't engaged in a discussion" with employees. The claim was later backed by two employees currently employed by Raven Software employees, both of which chose to remain anonymous.
"QA has not been directly involved in these conversations," the first employee told Inverse. "Our request to meet with management has been refused by radio silence."
Another employee elaborated on the comment by saying:
"Activision's silence was something we expected, but were cheap WOW WoTLK Classic Gold nevertheless disappointed to see. They continue to publicly say that it plans to build a clear line of communication between the employees and management as well as actively defying its assertions of openness in private. ABK isn't looking to modify its ways of doing business and make changes to the company's culture any time quickly."
