With more than 10 years' experience in the credit and equity markets, Alessandro Noceti is a committed professional working in the financial industry. Among his current professional roles, he is Responsible for Distribution at Valeur Group - independent firm specialized in asset management, investment advisory, trading, research, and real estate services - where he also leads Valeur Capital Ltd and Valeur Securities SA. Prior to this, he held several key positions at Credit Suisse International.

Alessandro Noceti joined Valeur Group in 2015 after gaining relevant experience in the world of finance, in particular in the credit and equity markets. Today he is a recognized financial expert with extensive expertise in financial engineering, asset management and investment advisory. At Valeur Group he is at the helm of Valeur Capital Ltd and Valeur Securities SA and he is Responsible for the Group's Distribution. As part of his current projects, he heads Valeur Capital Ltd in line with the goal of designing the most advanced financial engineering techniques, and carrying out research and market analysis. Based in London, Valeur Capital Ltd manages Luxembourg-based funds (SIF and UCITS) and is at the heart of the Group's asset management and customized investment product services. The company is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Alessandro Noceti is also Director of Valeur Securities SA, an appointment he received in 2019. Valeur Securities SA is the Group's trading desk and provides an investment platform with wide access to the market. Based in Pfäffikon (Switzerland), its team of traders has extensive experience in dealing with both traditional and alternative asset classes, in addition to order execution. Valeur Securities SA is authorized by FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) for the distribution of collective investment schemes. The two companies work in synergy with Valeur SA, Valeur Concept SA, and LinkedTrade Technologies Ltd, the other three entities belonging to the Group.

The career development path of Alessandro Noceti

The professional path of Alessandro Noceti is the result of a strong specialized education combined with several years of work abroad. After graduating in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, in 2007 he continued his education by obtaining a Master in European Business Studies with major in Finance, which he earned from the ESCP-EAP European School of Management (London/Turin). He was also a Member of its BDE Committee. He further enriched his academic record in 2018, when he obtained a Master in Business Administration at the ESCP Business School in London. Alessandro Noceti's career started in 2008 when he joined the London branch of Credit Suisse International to work as Analyst for the Investment Banking - Equity and Fixed Income Derivatives Sales Department. Subsequently, he took on the role of Associate in charge of covering sales for Italian retail and institutional clients (2010-2011). His professional growth led him to further roles of increasing responsibility at Credit Suisse International: between 2012 and 2014, he was Vice President in charge of covering sales for the Italian Real Money sector. His specialised skills made him the right fit for another role of responsibility, namely that of Director in charge of the Italian Pension Fund cluster. This was his last position at Credit Suisse International before moving to Valeur Group in 2015.
