As Huw Bennett, Warren Gatland's team's strength and conditioning trainer, lay out the strategies for Wales to reach their physical peak in France Rugby World Cup later this year. The team will soon be downsized to somewhere in the middle of 40 players in preparation for their first training session in Switzerland in early July. We are here for the work tirelessly, but we also want to have fun. It marks the beginning of our trip."
