They finished a painfully slender margin ahead of Japan who were despairing to finish third on 125.7 and missing out on qualification. Indeed, Millstreet in Co Cork took on extra meaning this year when it played host to six sides in the CCIO3*-L Qualifier, which was one of the final odds to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympic Tickets Games for Groups F and G which contains nations in Africa, the Middle East, South-East Asia, and Oceania.

Six nations disputed the crucial qualifying event. Australia, China, Japan, New Zealand, South Africa, and Morocco. Australia, who have had a memorable Eventing record over decades, as well as manifold team gold medals, had so far not qualified for the Paris Olympic Games in 2024. They took no chances, retrieving the Tokyo silver medal trio of Andrew Hoy, Shane Rose, and Millstreet consistent Kevin McNab. Although it was the 27-year-old Shenae Lowings who governed the roost this weekend by principal the class from the start.

As the Paris Olympics 2024 Nears Handful of Slots Left for Countries to Win Their Equestrian Spot

With only about a year left before the Paris Olympics 2024, countries are vying to shelter their positions in numerous events. Three such disciplines within the equestrian event, with medal-winning forecasts, are dressage, eventing, and jumping. As countries such as Great Britain, Sweden, and Germany have secured their mooring in all three disciplines, only a trickle of spots is left open now for several countries to fight for them. While more than half of the team slots are already owed, it is officially now a race for the last spot in the equestrian proceedings for all the remaining nations.

The qualifying events for the final day will surprise soon in the coming months. With France as the host nation, their teams are existing in every single equestrian event for next year’s Olympic Tickets. This will mean they will participate against Sweden, Great Britain, and Germany at least, for all equine events. As of today, there are 11 spots open for showjumping, and 7 for dressage and eventing separately. It might be a hard momentum from here on for every country to vary it to the qualifiers.

Kiwis Triumph delighted for Olympic Paris 2024

It is one of the best team finishing scores at Millstreet in recent years. Belgium placed second at 131.9 and Ireland third at 139.7. Tim was very satisfied with the efforts of his horse and the team. That was a great day he said. We were just required to go and deliver something pretty solid, regardless of other teams who were in the combination. We put in a pretty decent presentation which would have stood up in all kinds of company.

Millstreet was a key board for the New Zealand eventers and ESNZ high-performance general manager Jock Paget was rapt with the outcomes. Those were very good presentations from the team in all three phases he said. We have been targeting this event since February and it is great to be able to distribute as premeditated. He said Tim and Falco had been in a confederacy of their own, with Ginny Thomasen, Samantha, and Muzi Pottinger all picking up Olympic Tickets qualifying scores.

I am pleased for the Kiwi team just getting more and more phony as a unit. Falco has continued to impress his rider. He has been engrossed in this and hopefully, Aachen if all goes to plan.  I am delighted he was able to do a good job, put in three good segments, and was fast. He was very crafty and on his job in the cross republic which was great. He felt it had laid solid basics as the team building toward the Olympic Games Tickets in Paris 2024.
