Omer Enbar, faced with the discomfort of returning to his sweltering apartment after a long bike commute, devised a clever solution: rigging an IR blaster to activate his AC remotely via email. This initial spark of ingenuity laid the groundwork for what would eventually become Sensibo.

Years passed, and the project remained dormant until 2013 when Omer, spurred by a conversation about climate change, revisited the idea. Teaming up with his friend and future co-founder, Ran Roth, they embarked on the mission of building the first Sensibo prototypes. Through meticulous testing and refinement, the concept was perfected, leading to the official founding of Sensibo in 2014 through a successful crowdfunding campaign.
