Different Techniques to Cure Bad Breath forever:

Medically, the term used for bad breath is known as Halitosis, which is an unpleasant odor coming from mouth, as a result of sulfur compounds, produced by oral bacteria. This odor can be long lasting or for a small period, depending on the cause. Many people don?t give attention to clean their teeth, gums, and tongue on a daily basis; some don?t make it a habit to brush their teeth, and gums after having meal, and some drink very little water. These are some general reasons of bad breath.

By keeping all the above points in mind, I would suggest you some techniques to help cure from this unlikable odor. These are time tested techniques.

1.    Firstly, make a habit to brush your teeth daily in the morning, and at night after having food. This is the best tactic to help cure from bad breath.

2.    Mint tablets and mint bubble gums are very effective ways for removing an unpleasant breath. Mint tablets are extremely good, and proved disinfectant, which easily fresh up the breath in our mouth. And mint bubble gums increase saliva secretions in our mouth, which easily drain down bacteria from mouth.

3.    Develop a habit of drinking water from 8-12 glasses daily, which flushes out bacteria, fungus, and plaque from the mouth, thereby enabling a clean and fresh breath. Drinking lots of water also helps in proper functioning of our digestive system, which leads to a healthy breath.

4.    Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, as these decrease the quantity of bacteria in our mouth, make our digestive system healthy, and enhance the circulation of blood, which leads to a healthy breath.

5.    Drinking tea, especially the black tea helps up to 50% to get rid of this unwanted and unpleasant breath. You can also have green tea, but the black tea is more effective than green tea to avoid bad breath.

6.    Use a mouth wash, when you need it or when you feel dryness in your mouth. Mouth washes of different brands with different prices are available in the market. Some of them have alcohol, which increases the bacteria in our mouth, leading to bad breath. So, is it advisable to use an alcohol free mouth wash.

7.    When you feel your tongue greasy, scrap your tongue with a spoon or with a specially designed tongue cleaner. By cleaning the tongue daily, microorganism present on the tongue will remove.

8.    The bad breath problem can also arise due to illness, so if you are not getting rid of it, then it?s better to contact your doctor for a medical checkup as he will guide you better, and will give you a good solution.

9.    Smoking and drinking are the common reasons of bad breath. Try to reduce smoking or drinking up to an acceptable limit. If you cannot reduce, then keep mint tablets with you all the time, or use a good mouth wash from a reputable brand on a daily basis.
