The high purity zirconium powder we supplied adopts electric melting method, it's non-toxic, tasteless, pale yellow, extremely tiny powder, and grain size D50 is 5 to 6 microns that enjoys excellent zirconia properties. The particle size also can produce according to customer's request. The zirconium powder mainly used for the preparation of ceramic glaze materials, such as turquoise Pigment, zirconium vanadium blue, blue pigment, and zirconium ceramic pigment series products.

The main zirconia properties of CY-ZR-AC zirconium powder are following:

1.High content of ZrO2, low content of impurities

2.The chemical composition and particle distribution are stable

3.Used in the ceramic glaze and ceramic pigment, and have good effect on color appearance

Fused zirconium dioxide powder is one of the main raw materials in ceramic pigment, used for producing zirconium ceramic pigment, such as：zirconium praseodymium yellow, turquoise Pigment, vanadium zirconium yellow, blue vanadium, blue pigment, zirconium iron pink (Zr-Si-Fe), and etc. The 50% to 60% of the total fused zirconium metal powder is used in ceramic glazes industry. The ceramic glazes and colors could be resistant to high temperature calcination process in ceramic industry which are used in decorated sanitary ceramics, tableware, floor tile and wall brick

In the ceramic pigment industry, zirconium oxide base color material has the following features:

A) good stability in color appearance; under the high temperature condition, material of zirconium base color do not react easily, no gas, corrosion resist and small solubility in molten glaze, color stability.

B) Strong coloring, add less in the glaze.

C) Good miscibility: according to the arbitrary proportion, different zirconium oxide base colors can be mix in the glaze, and produce various colorful harmonic color. Make application scope of zirconium powder expand greatly.

D) Pure coloring: this kind of zirconium pigment has less affect by the firing atmosphere and base glaze composition, and with highly adaptable to glazes. The pigment color saturation is big, and color is bright.
