500V system

500V super capacitor system is composed of 192 super capacitor cells in serial connection and 24 x 8 pattern. The capacitor case is made of 3.0 mm thick steel plate for automotives. The lid of the case is using the lock latch design to pull from the top and equipped with a   pneumatic bar. The capacitor also has a radiator and a specially designed cooling channel. All the wires and auxiliary materials are fire-resistant. The system also has a meter for temperature and compulsive wind cooling system, which will be automatically triggered when the temperature exceeds 35℃. This model has been widely used in the rail transit sector.
