Design Thinking Crash Course

Lee is currently working at Pfizer as Director of Global Congress team to bring the human-centered innovation mindset to create conference experience for the global conferences attendees.
Lee was trained in Design Thinking by Cornell University's Design Thinking team where she now participates as a Design Thinking coach/facilitator for its ILR (Industrial and Labor Relations) school, Johnson Business School Executive education and at Cornell Tech in NYC.
She is also serving as a mentor for DFA (Design For America) NYU students to apply design thinking in social impact projects.
Lee envisions that Design Thinking mindset would allow people within a complex organization to look beyond the surface of the problems and embrace power of creative minds to redefine the questions that need to be addressed. Lee believes that through human-centered innovation approach we can develop fresh ideas that would delight the end-users that would add value to their lives.
