Vancouver is an ideal destination for families as it offers some great attractions for tourists to head to when on holiday. Travellers will definitely feel comfortable taking their children to this vacation spot as it has a range of amazing activities and superb venues to keep young ones entertained. Robson Square is a brilliant destination to head to in downtown Vancouver that has a public plaza and civic centre. It is actually the site of the Provincial Law Courts and a range of government buildings, but there are plenty of places for the public to enjoy. This includes the wonderful Vancouver Art Gallery that features many fantastic exhibitions.

Young visitors including teenagers will adore heading round this excellent venue to admire the permanent collection of around 11,000 works that include pieces by Canadian artist and writer Emily Carr. Robson Square had a multi-million dollar refurbishment due to the 2010 Olympic Winter Games that were held in Vancouver and Whistler. It now provides the only public outdoor skating rink that is also used in the warmer months for public events such as ballroom and salsa dancing. It is also a hub for the city’s popular street-dance scene that regularly attracts many visitors. A Vancouver family accommodation has to be the best place for adults and their offspring, and there are many top destinations to choose from.
