If you have the right food, have the healthy life. Some people find it harder to eat right as they get older for many reasons. Maybe they do not have much of an appetite. They have facing trouble cooking or eating or they do not know what is healthy. Maybe they do and just do not like the idea. She is all for finding healthy food that you like and building on that. If you’re eating foods you like, then you’re more likely to stick with it. But it is more than just finding the right foods. These are the food points out that you need to eat them in the right amounts, too.

Blueberries- Blueberries are full of antioxidants. Who are the most powerful weapons against, Antioxidants help ward off disease and can fight inflammation? Blueberries can also be good for your brain.

Oatmeal- People tends to steer clear of heavy metals, like oatmeal, this is regulated cholesterol. Oatmeal contains beta which has been reducing levels of bad cholesterol. It helps block cholesterol from entering your bloodstream.

Tea- Green tea is one of the best for weight loss. It has increase metabolism, stress, and fat cells. In keeping weight off, it also has anti-aging benefits. It can help regulate cholesterol and prevent sun damage on your skin.

Hot Peppers- Who are like spicy food, hot peppers are extending your life. The ingredient is the capsaicin. Capsaicin also has anti-inflammatory benefits. It improves metabolism in the body. Hot sauce, have an amazing anti-aging supplement.

Salmon- If you have the diet with fatty fish, and salmon, will help slow an aging heart. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids it helps lower blood pressure and can help prevent heart disease.
