5-      Close and Restart the QBPOSShell and troubleshoot compatibility:

  • Close POS software.
  • Click on Task Manager
  • Click on Processes tab and then, click on image Name Column title.
  • Click on QBPOSShell.exe and then, click on ‘End Process’

If you see more than one QBPOSShell, then you can close task manager and open Point of Sale Application.
