General introduction to Poker on the Internet

Hello I like to play different online casinos, recently I was taken away in the norge casino. I heard it soon will be possible to play poker, so I want to share an interesting article, so to speak, a small dictionary devoted to the main points in this game.

Regular Poker Game
In regular poker games, a bet of every poker hand is played, unlike Sit & Go and multi-table tournaments where there is a fixed buy-in. When you play this way, you can switch tables whenever you want, and you decide which bet you want to play. Many people just prefer to play this way, and others only play tournaments, but most play both. If you are a beginner, you may want to play on a poker table with the lowest bet, or play a few rounds of play money before starting real money. To start playing, just download a poker client for free and register as a player.

Multi-Table Tournaments
Multi-table tournament is where it participates from 30 poker players to several thousand players, in fact up to ten thousand poker players. The most common are between 100 and 1000 poker players. With such a large number of players, they must be distributed on multiple tables therefore the name multi table. These tournaments start at regular times, and players pay a certain buy-in in advance and get a certain amount of chips, for example 800, 1000, 1200 or 1500. The players run out as they play free chips. In any mutitable tournament it is allowed to buy back, called re-buy, then the prize pool will increase correspondingly to what is paid by those who want further games. Tournaments where there is no re-buy is called freezeout. Normally, there are prizes to a relatively large number of players, although most of the prize pools will be those players who place themselves at the top. However, in some tournaments you can get a good amount just to become No. 50. A multitable tournament can last for several hours, depending on how many people participate and if it's re-buy it may take a little longer. It is usually a break for 5 minutes every hour.

Sit & Go Tournaments
Sit & Go Tour Operators are smaller tournaments with few participants, usually between 5 and 30 players. Over ten players are often called Sit & Go multi-table. The tournament begins when it is fully subscribed. You just sign up and wait until the table is full. It usually goes fast. The Sit & Go Tournaments are faster to play multitable tournaments, and lasts from half an hour to up to an hour, which may last for half an hour. Sit & Go No-limit is usually fastest.

Freeroll Tournaments
Freeroll is a regular multi-table poker tournament often with many participants, the difference being that it's free to participate when you register as a player. Some tournaments have some requirements to participate, for example, that you have played a few rounds of money (Raked Hands). To play, you must download the poker client and register as a player. The registration and download of the poker client is free. Several venues have freerolls for new players without raked hands. Blue. Party Poker has a $ 5,000 Dollar Freeroll for new players.

Satellite Tournaments
A satellite tournament is a smaller tournament that qualifies poker players for a bigger tournament, usually a cash prize in a satellite tournament.
