other words, take your time and really LEARN the right methods, movements, motions and manipulations that work the best when it comes to natural exercise. The simple truth is that when I first got started I was in SUCH a rush to see improvements that I didn't learn the right WAY to do just about any of the exercises I had heard so much about. In effect, I sabotaged my own progress (and results) simply because I was doing just about everything wrong....or only at 30 or 40% efficiency and effectiveness. Don't make this mistake...take the time to learn, and understand what you're doing and your results will be far faster and much more impressive as well.

These foods include:

Oily fish high in Omega 6 Fatty Acids (Salmon, sardines and similar "good fat" fish are known winners)

Avocado is amazing (just be careful if you are overweight)

Darkly colored fruits and vegetables (blackberries, cranberries, pomegranate, red grapes, acai, spinach and more)

Even red wine is thought to potentially increase the size of your erection... but be careful, as it can have the reverse effect if consumed before sex :-)
