VAt Refund Scheme in UAE by FTA

The UAE's FTA (Federal Tax Authority) has organized an awareness event for business owners and other individuals from all over the Emirates with a collaboration of the Chamber of Commerce. VAT Registration

In this seminar government allows UAE tourist to recover the VAT incurred on their purchasing through the VAT refund scheme. 

FTA revealed that there has been a remarkable increase in the total number of agreements signed with retail business owners to register them in the scheme.

According to CTC, the tourists’ can refund the tax within the 90 days after purchase. After 90 days tax-free tag expires and tourist cannot claim a tax refund. 

FTA and Chamber of Commerce Dubai sent an invitation to retailers and Tax Consultancies to provide them VAT Training in UAE to get registration for VAT refund scheme.
