How to keep concetration on studies

Now steps to achieve that….

  1. Reserve first 2–3 hours of the day and last 2–3 hours of the day . So you have minimum 4 hours per day and maximum 6-8 hours per day easily reserved .  Then 2,3,4( 2 and 2 hours of sitting) hours in after noon maybe if you have enough training.
  2. Meditation is another important aspect since it’s mentioned in other answers . I’ll better not elaborate on that.
  3. Don’t beat up yourself if you waste time. When you realise that, be happy you realized and get back to work. It might happen many of times but you’ll have to kinda persist.
  4. TALLY MARK METHOD- Since you have inertia . You might end up getting distracted . So here’s the thing to curtail that. Make a margin on the topmost or bottommost of the page . Whenever you find yourself distracted just put a tally mark like you did in smaller grades . You’ll find a very strange observation that page by page no of tally mark decreases . Even if it doesn’t don’t worry you’re a normal human . Errors creep in every experiment .
  5. DECIDE YOUR BREAK TIME-BELL CURVE METHOD -Taking frequent breaks is not new and used by toppers themselves. But when to take break ? See, over a period of time . Our productivity/ output/efficiency follows a bell curve .

it might be possible that you’re taking break just before your peak productivity. So at first your performance would be low and then reach to peak and the fall down . Now that it has reach to minimum (where it was initially) then TAKE A BREAK. I hope it’s clear.

6. SET GOALS- Just before sleeping write goal on post it sheet or google keep .

Next morning you’ll be highly motivated to achieve the goal. It can be as simple as

“ Complete half of worksheet and revise this from so and so book” .

You’’ get shit done eventually.

7. Don’t beat up yourself or disturbed , sulk or whatever.  As I said, Errors creep in every experiment Just consider yourself as a normal human and then come back to the track ASAP .

All the best - things will fall in their place after some time . ( 1 day or 10 days or any period of time doesn’t really matter)
