Description:
Tadalis Sx 20mg Tablet relaxes the smooth muscles present in the wall of blood vessels and helps in grow the flow of blood in certain specific areas of the body. It is used for the treatment of erection disorders, prostate gland enlargement and Pulmonary Hypertension (high blood pressure of blood vessels connecting the lungs and the heart).

How To Tadalis SX 20mg Work?
Tadalis SX 20 mg contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase (PDE5) inhibitor which by enhancing the blood flow to the penis by loosening the muscles in p*nile blood vessels. Tadalis Tablet is primarily used to handle male physical conditions such as impotence and Erectile Dysfunction. Tadalafil 20mg acts by an increasing amount of blood flowing to the p*nile region to achieve an erection during s*x. During s*xual arousal, an artery upon the p*nis after nitric oxide has been released from the endothelial cells and nerve endings. After that, a substance well known as cGMP is synthesized in smooth muscles causing it to relax and present in more blood to flow through it.

How To Take Tadalis SX 20mg Tablet?
Take Tadalis by mouth with a glass of water. Follow the directions on the prescription label. You may take these Tadalafil tablets 20mg with or without meals. The dose usually is taken 30 minutes before sexual activity. You should not take Tadalis dose more than once a day. Do not take your Tadalis more often than directed.

Dosage:
Missed Dose
Take the missed dose as soon as you recall. It can be skipped if it is almost time for the next scheduled dose. This applies to order like Pulmonary Hypertension where the dose regimen is fixed.
Overdose
Contact a doctor at once if an overdose is suspected. You might require immediate medical attention if the overdose is serious.

Warning:

Deformation of penis - This medicine should be used with care in patients having a physical deformity of the penis which may be due to Angulation, Cavernosal Fibrosis or Peyronie disease. The risk of permanent loss of sexual potency is high in such cases.
Prolonged and painful erection - This medicine should be used with caution if you have had a painful erection lasting for more than 4 hours. This may be due to an underlying condition like Sickle cell anemia, Multiple Myeloma or Leukemia.
Loss of vision - This drug may cause a sudden loss of vision in one or both the eyes. It may also cause an impairment in color differentiation capacity. It should be used with extreme caution in patients suffering from this rare genetic disorder of the retina called Retinitis Pigmentosa

Storage:
You should keep your Tadalis SX tablets 20mg in their blister pack until used and store in a cool,
dry place where the temperature stays below 30°C.
