Lose Weight For Wedding In 2Month

Wedding is a big day in everyone’s life.  Both bride & grooms want to be in shape for the big day as their desire to look best & they do their best to look fit and beautiful.

Although makeup, hairstyle, wedding dress, all are important but would be bride & groom number one priority is looking fit and slim. They want to look gorgeous in photos.

There are a lot of material, advice & tips available on the internet on this topic. But before you go with any plan it’s important to know problematic areas i.e. Is it your tummy, chin, hips, thighs, leg or arms? And once you identify it, choose the plan accordingly. 

It’s advisable to choose a plan as per your need. There is no thumb rule to go on a diet. If your body is also toned and you are fit then it’s advisable not to waste your time rather careful on your diet i.e. what to eat and what not to eat. 

Depending upon body type, you may start toning your body at least 2months before your wedding. Here is a simple plan to kick start your weight loss programme, which you may follow to lose weight & tone your body 2months before your wedding.

In the First Month   

Start walking & body activities as much as possible.
Do body stretching at least for 30min-40min to tone your leg, arms, chin & shoulders. It’s important to exercise at least twice a day i.e. morning & evening. Also do some facial exercises as this will give glow on your face. You will definitely notice changes in your body & face. Do walk for at least 30min.

In the Second Month 

Increase your workout time.  Do body stretching for an hour and also start cardio for 15-20min. Work more on your Abs.  Do this in morning & evening.

As your wedding gets closer, start doing the workout at least thrice a day for effective & healthy weight loss. 

Moreover, it’s advisable to eat carefully with workouts as good nutrition is an important part of a healthy life & it will further help you to maintain a healthy weight along with reducing the health risk.

Furthermore, there is some Tip on what to eat & drink:

  • Drink water as much as possible as it not only helps in clearing toxins from the body but also keeps your digestive system working properly, and gives your skin a radiant glow. It’s advisable to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water during a day to keep yourself hydrated. 
  • Replace high calorie & processed food (packaged food) with protein intake, fish, fruits & vegetables. 
  • Eat 4-5 times a small meal in a day. Include 30% water, 30% carbs, 25% proteins & 15% in your diet in a day.
  • Avoid each food which has starch & carbohydrate i.e. white bread, pasta, noodles, white rice, as it will again put weight on your body.
  • Take light during dinner & finish it between 07:30-08:00 pm. And go for a little walk after dinner.
  • Avoid taking Alcohol. 

In addition to above, you may also add Garcinia Cambogia diet pill in your daily routine. It’s an effective weight loss pill due to the presence of Hydroxycitric Acid (HCA), which helps in controlling weight & boost exercise endurance. It can suppress appetite as a result of weight loss.
