Remove the rod by pulling out the rod from the hose bib valve body. Remove the rubber gasket seal fixing screw from the bottom of the rod using the appropriate tilt screwdriver. Remove and discard the old rubber gasket. Use a cotton swab to clean the seat well of the rubber gasket. The seat well is the groove where the rubber gasket seal is located. Install the new rubber gasket onto the seat to make sure the gasket is fully in place. Reinstall the fixing screws of the washing machine and tighten them with a screwdriver.
