Beating Those Eating Triggers!

If you are going to a friend's for a ChristmasLeptitox Reviewparty and need to take a small gift with you, take some flowers or a seasonal pot plant, that way you won't be tempted to tuck into that box of chocolates that you have taken with you and your kind host has now opened!

Don't go Christmas shopping when you are hungry. Have a sensible snack before you go. A banana, an apple or a small bowl of raspberries are some good examples. Take a small bottle of water with you. This will help to keep you well hydrated, which means you will remain alert and be able to concentrate and make that all important decision about who you should be buying gifts for!

When filling up with petrol, keep your eye on the till attendant and go straight in to pay.

Keep some fruit and a bottle of water in the office. If you are having a business celebration lunch, make sure there is a jug of water on the table; order first so that you are not tempted into ordering the full turkey dinner, when all you really need is a fresh salad.
