lineage2: Upgrade to a NC Account and get Free NCoin

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve services to our players, NCSOFT is upgrading its account management system to include a Single Sign On feature. This will allow us to better serve you, our customers, and enable us to offer an expanded set of features and services in the future.

For now, there is only one action that is required on your part. NCSOFT is implementing a single sign on policy for players of AION and LINEAGE II.  What this means is that you’ll be able to use the same login and password to sign into any of these games. To do this, everyone will need to convert their login to a valid email address. If you already log in with an email address, you won’t have to do anything—you’re already there.

For those still using a non-email address login, when you log in on NCSOFT.COM, you’ll automatically be taken to the account update page, which details the 3 steps you need to complete the process of creating an NC Account and assigning your game accounts.

As a thank you for helping us by upgrading your account, we’re providing a BONUS of 400 NCoin for a limited time. Players who complete the process between June 12th, 2013 and 11:59PM PDT on July 3rd, 2013, will be eligible to receive this bonus.

Please note the NCoin bonus is not applied automatically. Accounts upgraded between June 12th and June 19th, will receive their NCoin bonus by end of day June 19th. Accounts upgrading between June 19th and July 3rd will receive their bonus on July 3rd.

• Once applied to the player’s account, the bonus NCoin will expire if not used within 30 days.
• The bonus NCoin will not be deducted until the player’s existing balance is used up. This means that purchased NCoin will be debited first.
• The existing and bonus NCoin will stack if you need to make a purchase that uses up your entire balance including the bonus NCoin.
• Players with multiple Aion or Lineage II accounts will only be eligible for one 400 NCoin bonus, regardless of how many accounts NC accounts they create.
• The NCoin bonus will be applied to the first NC account created.
