Common Non Immigration visas

A non-immigrant visa issued by the USCIS for a temporary period. The Student Visas, B, H and K Visas are common Non Immigrant Visas. The Immigration visas issued by the NVC, INS and USCIS at Foreign Service Posts for the Permanent time to live in the US.

The Student Visas:

According to the USCIS principle the foreigner is studying at least 18 hours per a week, the foreigner considered a student.

The F-1 Visa is a full-time student visa. The USCIS allows a foreigner to pursue a higher education at the any University. The B-2 visa grant privileges to visit the USA for the tourism purpose and for Health treatments. The B visas maximum validity six months. It's possible to extend it another six months.

The Visa for Spouse and France (e):

The US citizen is invites their spouse to live in the USA with the help of K visa. Four Types of K visas such as K-1, K-2, K-3 and K-4 Visas. The K-1 allows the foreigner fiancé (e) of a U.S citizen. The K-1 allows the foreigner spouse of a U.S citizen. The K-2 and K-4 is for the minor children who are citizens of foreign countries.

The H Visas for work:

All Work visas are Non immigration visas to do some work in the USA. All Visas having limited amount. After crossing the greatest amount of the Visas, the foreigner wait another year to get the Work Visas.

The H-1B Visa for highly skilled professional workers. Every year the USCIS grants 65,000 new H-B visas. However, another 20,000 Visas for High skilled Foreign Students who are studying a higher degree (F-1 Visa holders). The H-1B is for special occupations like Doctors, Models, Projects of Defense Department, Research and development.
