Good for her. I will admit to being "a part of the problem." I think it comes from the fact that I have hit this content pretty hard since it was released, finishing off Garrosh in flex the first week he was available, and so feel that when I decide to do this content (albeit in a pug group), I want everyone else to be as progressed as I am. cheap wow gold The sad fact is that ilvl is the one metric we have for judging the ability of anyone queuing for a flex raid, and even then, it's a poor metric. I've been in 540 groups that have been completely stymied by every fight in flex 3. Given that reality (and the amount of time I'm willing to devote), what incentive is there to take people who are lower? Anyone can claim to "know the fights," but that doesn't seem to make them able to stand in a puddle, or not stand in smash or breath, or run out when they have the debuff... And I do give groups multiple wipes. And yet, even when mechanics are explained, politely and competently, people continue to fail to improve. I recognize that there is a benefit to helping people in the larger community improve, but as flex has become more of a means to an end (gearing an alt for my guild's normal/heroic progression) than an end in and of itself (because I finished progressing in flex weeks ago), my patience gets tested. I feel like people should really know these fights by now. :(
