Vitamins C, B and folic acid are water soluble vitamins.

Minerals are very important for three reasons. For the strength of the body structure and teeth, to control the flood and external cells present in the body and to convert the food consumed by the person into energy. Meat, pulses, fish, milk and dry fruits etc. are their main sources.

Metabolism stores food and burns its nutrients in the form of energy through various processes. In such a situation, vitamins and minerals play a big role in digestion and metabolism. Keeps heart healthy: -
Vitamins and minerals from daily diet are very important for heart health. Vitamins A, C and E as well as beta carotene have antioxidant properties that protect against cardiovascular diseases. Vitamin B3 or niacin reduces cholesterol level.

Necessary for healthy bones: -
Vitamins and minerals are also essential for bone health and bone protection. Vitamins and minerals protect against diseases like osteoporosis. Vitamin D is very important for bones because it is only due to vitamin D that bones are able to absorb calcium. Vitamin K is also important for bone health, it works to support calcium and vitamin D.

* Disadvantage of Vitamin and Minerals Supplements
Along with the benefits of vitamins and minerals, there are also some disadvantages. It is very important to consult a doctor before taking vitamin and mineral supplements. There are some elements of vitamins and minerals that, if left in the body for a long time, can harm many parts of the body. Consuming more than 100 mg of vitamin C can cause abdominal pain, diarrhea and other digestive problems.


At the same time, there is a possibility of damage to tissues and many organs of the body from phosphorus, while zinc affects the immunity of the body. The amount of vitamin B more than 10 mg daily also causes so much damage that a person can also get paralyzed, while manganese affects the muscles in old age.
